Pick who is in the room before the call: an engineer, a CEO, a designer, marketing, a devil's advocate, or a prompt of your own. Each one watches the live transcript and, at every turn boundary, decides to speak or pass. Pass is the easy answer. A moderator dedupes and rate-limits, so what reaches you is a card, forty words or fewer, with a reason.
Nobody has said who owns the migration if the vendor misses the date. Ask now, not in the retro.

Cards arrive three to five seconds after the sentence ends. Every card is grounded in what was actually said.

MidMeeting does not sell you tokens. Plug in an API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or xAI, point it at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as a local model in LM Studio or Ollama, or hand the transcript to an agent CLI running on your machine over the agent bridge. Keys live in your operating system's keyring, never in a settings file.

Does it work with Zoom, Meet, Teams?
Yes, and with anything else that plays sound on your computer, including a phone on speaker. It records what your machine hears and what your microphone picks up, so it never depends on the meeting app.
Do I need a GPU?
No. Whisper runs on the CPU too, slower. A recent NVIDIA, AMD or Apple silicon GPU makes the live transcript feel instant.
What does the copilot cost to run?
Whatever your provider charges, shown live in the app. A typical hour-long call with two agents costs cents on a mid-size model, and nothing on a local one.
Is my API key safe?
It is stored in your operating system's keyring, the same place your browser keeps passwords. It is never written to a settings file and never logged.
Can the other people tell?
Nothing joins the call, so no. Whether you tell them is between you and them, and MidMeeting is designed to be a window you can turn around and show.
